Merchandise Availability:

All merchandise listed on this website is subject to change without notice. Certain items listed may be out of stock or discontinued which would subject Tanning Mart to notify you in case of such matters. Discontinued items, that are still available, will be subjected to longer shipping and processing times due to Tanning Mart dealing with the manufacture for shipment. A prompt notice will be e-mailed if such matters arise.


All deliveries are curbside only. Most items will ship ground UPS or USPS. All Tanning Beds (Residential / Commercial) will be shipped common freight lines. Tanning Marts responsibility with respect to shipments made by common carrier ends with the issues of the bill of lading. Any damages or shortages should be notified to Tanning Mart and to the carrier. Visibly inspect all cartons thoroughly before or after being removed from the freight hauler and note any possible damage. Check freight bill prior to signing for receipt of the products. If packages are opened parts could be missing check the contents of opened boxes prior to signing freight bill. If all parts are there and merchandise is in good order then proceed with freight bill.


Merchandise will not be accepted for return without prior written authorization and or an RMA (return merchandise number) number from Tanning Mart. Returned shipments not having prior approval will be refused. All returned merchandise must be new and unused with exception of defective goods. A 10% restocking fee on un-opened merchandise will be applied unless other wise stated in prior approval. A 16% restocking fee will be applied on all opened merchandise. If a return is needed all goods must be returned freight pre-paid within 30 days after receipt of shipment only on un-opened merchandise. Opened merchasdise only can be returned no longer than 5 days. Return authorization number must appear on all cartons.


All cancelled orders prior to processing will incur a 4% cancellation charge. Any order
that is cancelled after processing but before shipment will be subject to a 6% charge.
